Wind2 is a specialist renewable energy developer, founded in 2016 by Paula and Gerry Jewson.

Our vision is to become the most successful UK-based onshore renewables development company with a mission to deliver sustainable energy projects that contribute to the UK's net-zero goals. We have collaborative partnerships with EDP Renewables and Octopus Energy Generation. Once project consent is granted, our partners take responsibility for the construction and maintenance of the wind farms or energy parks. These partnerships align with Wind2's commitment to ensuring genuine environmental and community benefits are delivered by every project.

Our 30+ strong team of highly talented individuals have a wealth of experience in the renewable energy sector and are committed to building and maintaining strong relationships across all project stakeholders. As a forward-thinking company, we understand the importance of bringing new talent to the industry. We offer an apprenticeship and graduate programme and also accept work placements from university students.

Developing a renewables project in the UK is a complex time-consuming exercise involving securing land, grid and planning consents while keeping abreast of evolving energy policy and keeping local communities fully informed.
